As manager, your first task is to find the right trainees. Hold auditions, interview potential recruits, and hand-pick your final lineup of up to 8 idols. Get to know their personalities, discover their strengths, and choose who best fits your vision. But remember, a bigger group isn’t always better. Every additional member brings new opportunities, but also greater challenges, so building the right team is the first step towards creating the next K-pop sensation.

The road to debut takes dedication and careful planning. Each week, you’ll manage your trainees schedules by balancing training, lessons, performances, and evaluations while ensuring they get enough rest and recovery. How you structure their workload directly impacts their growth and progress! You’ll also oversee their diet, online presence, and stage outfits, because in the highly competitive music industry, every detail matters, from talent to presentation. 

After 48 weeks of hard work, your trainees, if managed well, will be ready to step into the spotlight. Choose their sound, define their style, produce their debut single, and design their album cover and official lightstick. This is the moment it all comes together.
