For those of you who have been following our progress on Kitaria Fables 2, we’ve got some exciting news to share as a demo is now available to play on Steam. Get to know the locals of Whitewall Town, help them with their requests, and explore the breezy coastal lowlands, either alone or with a friend!
🕹️ What’s included in the demo?
Arriving at the peaceful haven of Whitewall Town, freshly graduated Royal Army Pathfinder Alice and plucky local guide Dusty join up with administrator Fawn and begin their mission to assist the townspeople while charting the wild lands to the north.
Explore the bustling streets of the port before putting both heroes’ combat skills to the test in the nearby coastal lowlands as you work to fulfil requests and complete jobs. Get to know the locals and learn the basics of potion-making with apothecary Periwinkle, forge new equipment with blacksmith Maya, and even try your hand at farming with Aunt Kiki!
The Kitaria Fables 2 demo features over 4 hours of content including:
- A prologue tutorial and main story mission to follow.
- 22 side quests and 11 job quests to discover.
- 20 enemies to battle, including tough mini-bosses!
- 4 x active skills, 4 x passive skills, and 1 x character upgrade to unlock for both Alice and Dusty.
- The ability to level up both heroes to level 18.
- Access to Whitewall Town’s vendors and amenities.
- Access to farming and restoration tasks at Kiki’s farmstead.
- A fully integrated drop in/out 2 player local co-op mode.
About Kitaria Fables 2
Across the great expanse of the Endless Ocean lies the Arkadera Peninsula, a distant region that once marked the western edge of the Empire. As the years passed and the Empire’s presence began to fade, the outposts that once protected Arkadera’s citizens were gradually reclaimed by nature, leaving behind a small community to take refuge in the walled haven of Whitewall Town.
Eager to prove their skills in the field, ambitious Royal Army ‘Pathfinder’ Alice Skylar and plucky local guide Dusty Tuftkin join up with the Royal Academy Expedition Team on its mission to reopen Whitewall Town’s fabled errand house, explore the wide peninsula, and restore the long-forgotten outposts.
But as the expedition journeys farther into the north, rumours of a mysterious figure deep within the wilderness slowly begin to surface…
