PQube is a global videogames publisher for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC/Steam. We specialise in publishing successful Japanese videogames, from BlazBlue, Guilty Gear, Gal*Gun and Steins;Gate to exciting indie games, such as Cat Quest, New Super Lucky’s Tale, Evergate, Nexomon Extinction, Inertial Drift and more.

PQube is currently looking for a Digital Sales Marketing Manager to join the Letchworth team in the office and work with the Bristol team and CMO remotely.
The ideal candidate would be motivated, intelligent, passionate about video games and a strong digital marketeer.
Key Responsibilities
Purpose of role:
Providing support for the Digital Sales Manager and supporting other areas of our business with:
- Receiving digital promotion plans/calendars from digital stores
- Discuss percentage discounts and wsp/srp with Head of Digital sales and then agree this with the developers
- Seek promotional (srp and inclusion) approval from developers/publisher
- Schedule promotions with digital stores
- Provide assets and links to marketing for digital marketing
- Report weekly sales to developers
- Evaluating impact of price changes and marketing campaigns on levels of sales
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure all new releases are following best practices for each digital sales platform
- Drive sales of our back catalogue of titles on digital platforms
- Social media co-ordination with the Community Managers to ensure all digital sales are communicated through our networks
- Copy-writing – writing Steam updates / blog posts
- Analyse web / Steam traffic and work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing team to optimise and focus activities
Measures of Success
Key measures will include:
- Digital Sales vs Forecast
- Wishlists and Pre-Orders generated
- Growth of back catalogue sales YOY
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Marketing role
- Degree-level education, preferable marketing or media studies, and strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Google Docs, Adobe Photoshop and Premiere (or other relevant video editing software)
- Analytical – comfortable in Google Analytics with the ability to analyse traffic and identify high performing activities/channels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to track several projects over many months
- Autonomy – the ability to carry on with tasks given, keep track of them and communicate in case of issues, try to solve them first where possible
- Comfortable working under pressure, with multiple parallel deadlines
- Excellent written English
Preferred Skills
- Huge passion for, and knowledge of, videogames and gaming culture
- Knowledge of the Japanese/Asian/anime gaming scene would be highly beneficial
- Integrity, trustworthiness, flexibility and adaptability
- A proactive, get stuck-in approach
- Well-organised and presentable

- Comfortable working individually and as part of a team – there will be a healthy mix of working on your own (setting up campaigns etc) and as part of a team (working with various departments within the company)
