PQube Confirm European Distribution of X91 Retro-Style Xbox Wired Controller

June 14, 2017 By administrator

PQube is proud to announce they will be distributing Hyperkin’s X91 – a new 90s-style controller for Xbox One produced by the Los Angeles-based video game hardware developer.

Officially licensed by Microsoft, the X91 easily fits in your palms with every button accessible at a twitch’s length – perfect for any nostalgic gaming session.

Andy Pearson, Head of Marketing at PQube said: “We’re delighted to be able to bring the X91 to Europe. Not only does it’s retro design remind us of how much fun it was playing 16 and 32-bit games, it’s premium build makes it feel like an essential piece of kit for any committed gamer.”

Jesse Aragon, an engineer in Hyperkin’s R&D team
who helped develop the product feels the X91 caters to a diverse group of Xbox One owners.” Hyperkin Labs has included the best of two worlds: throwback gaming mixed with competitive build quality,” Aragon said. “Our goal for the controller was to bring back the form factor we grew up with and modernize it for the hottest games on Xbox One.”

The X91 is compatible with Windows 10 PCs and tablets via USB. Its modern features include precision analog triggers, which sit comfortably behind the shoulder buttons, and a 3.5 mm headset jack. Although the gamepad bears retro design, one touch reveals its modern ergonomics. It’s perfect for any game on Xbox One.

The controller will be available from 21 February 2017. For more information visit: http://www.pqube.co.uk/retroconsoles/accessories/x91-xbox-one-retro-gaming-style-controllers/
